If you wish to make a good impression in Omar and Family's home ( from Venezuela) follow these directions: Usually the dinner time is at 8 pm but is normal to come out the time. You can wear casual clothes and to bring to the family a bottle of wine is a good impression. They keep your shoes on and also enjoy the time before dinner with your guest with a glass of wine.
They don't smoke inside of the home. In this special occasion Omar's family like to preparer a roasted pork Venezuela style with rice, potatoes and vegetable in family style. After enjoy the dinner they share with your guest for one more hour and talking about food, world news, weather, health, but never talking about political things.
